What data we collect
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone (optional), subject, message, consent.
- Technical: IP, device/browser data and security signals collected by our security tools (e.g., reCAPTCHA).
- Analytics: aggregated visit data (pages viewed, approximate location, device, referrer). No sensitive categories are targeted.
How we use your data (Purposes & Legal bases)
- Responding to your inquiry (contact form): performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Customer service & records (follow-up, administration): legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Security & abuse prevention (reCAPTCHA, logs): legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics (site improvement, audience measurement): consent where required; otherwise legitimate interests with privacy safeguards.
How long we keep it (Retention)
- Contact form messages: typically up to 24 months after last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing service.
- Security logs (incl. reCAPTCHA signals): typically up to 12 months.
- Analytics data: per the analytics provider’s default retention or shorter if configured.
Who processes your data (Recipients)
- Form delivery: We use Formspree to receive form submissions as our processor.
- Security: Google reCAPTCHA v3 helps prevent spam/abuse.
- Analytics: We may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or a privacy-friendly alternative.
- Hosting: Our web host processes data to serve the site and ensure uptime/security.
These providers act on our instructions when they process personal data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some processors (e.g., Google, Formspree) may process data outside the EEA. When this occurs, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and additional measures where necessary.

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (TLS/HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege, monitoring). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we continuously improve our safeguards.
